However, a YouTuber has arrived here with some very good tips that could help you achieve your goals and improve your health.

‘You don’t need to spend a fortune to be in good shape’, is what the nutritionist and YouTuber, Aries Terrón, says, who on his YouTube channel shared a very complete video (it is approximately one hour long) where he reveals that a fit pantry is possible if you are smart when buying.

In this matter, the Youtuber went to a very popular mini-supermarket, Bodega Aurrera, however, he assures that prices can vary, and that these mini-supermarkets change the price depending on the area in which they are located. Precisely, these establishments are made to help vulnerable populations, offering products of the same quality but at lower prices.

Speaking about the diet, it has black beans from the establishment’s own brand, which are rich in proteins and slow-digesting carbohydrates that are vital to see faster results in the gym.

Lentils, oats and white rice are other ingredients that this fit pantry contains, and these contain fiber and proteins of excellent quality for our body. However, he mentions that to ensure a good level of nutrition, it is best to cook these foods, wait for them to cool and put them in the refrigerator to preserve all the nutrients and prevent bacteria from starting to form.

Among other ingredients that the fit diet contains, you will also find corn tortillas, popcorn prepared with very little oil; sugar-free Greek yogurt, chachitos, milk, unflavored gelatin, water flavoring, iodized salt, instant coffee, egg, tuna in water, fruits and vegetables, sardines, chicken, among some other equally healthy ingredients.

In the end, the diet resulted in a total of $1,021 pesos, which can vary, as we already mentioned, in relation to where the products are purchased or the quantity that is purchased. However, it is a good option if you want to start in the fit world. Of course, wondering how long this diet will last can be relative, as the youtuber mentions, and it will depend on the portions you consume for your day to day.

The YouTuber then offers two types of diets, one if you want to lower your fat percentage and another if you want to increase your muscle mass. The diet below answers the first question.

Prepared tuna (2 cans of tuna in water, 1 tomato, 1/2 cup of onion, 1/4 of an avocado or 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise) accompanied with 1 corn tortilla

1 cup of natural yogurt

1 cup of chopped melon

2 cups of sugar-free gelatin
