For all recipes you need 500 grams of cocktail sausages or regular sausages. Have toothpicks on hand to make it easier to eat them when serving them on your snack plates.

Cut the cocktail sausages into slices and dip them in a mixture of lime, serrano chili, red onion, diced cucumber and cilantro. Let it rest in the refrigerator and serve with tostadas.
- Chipotle sausages or chipotle sausages
Cook the cocktail sausages with a chipotle sauce, onion and a touch of cream. Serve with corn tortillas or tortilla chips to accompany.
- BBQ sausages
Cook the cocktail sausages in a pan with a little oil. Then add BBQ sauce and let them cook until they are caramelized. Serve with toothpicks.
- Rodrigo style sausages
