3 guajillo chiles, seeded and deveined
1 serrano chile, stemmed

Preparation
In a pot with boiling water and salt, cook the tomatoes with the onion, garlic, chili peppers and cilantro for 20 minutes.
Blend the vegetables until you get a sauce and cook in a pot with a little oil until it boils. Add the chicken broth and pork rind, cook for 10 minutes and remove from the heat.
Spread each yellow Charras® Tostadas original flavor with a little refried beans, add the pork rind and decorate with avocado, red onion and serrano chili. Enjoy.
